430 Tribal Messiahship Proclamation
July 30, 2016
Dear Seattle/WA families,
We will have a public proclamation of the achievement of the 430 Couples Tribal Messiahship, in our local community, as we are one tribe under True Parents:
Date: July 31, during the Sunday service announcements, 5-10 minutes long.
Venue: Windermere House, 6601 NE Windermere Road, Seattle, WA 98115
Explanation of the purpose of the proclamation:
1) True Parents have been encouraging every family to fulfill Tribal Messiahship leading towards the year 2020. Ideally, each family should bless 430 couples. In our local community of the Seattle Family Church we already have a total of 430 couples including our members. We are one tribe under True Parents.
2) This may serve as an encouragement (kick off) for more Tribal Messiahship efforts.
What is expected during the proclamation?:
- Pastor Nelson Mira will make an announcement about the proclamation. Calls on a member to come up front of the stage to show all the lists of "Blessed" and "Blessing" couples who are part of the 430 for the proclamation. The pastor will then offer a prayer for the people on the lists, offer them to Heavenly Parents, and to bless our further tribal messiahship efforts.
What can you do to be a part of this proclamation?:
- If you wish to be a part of this proclamation, you may write down your own couple's name on a regular piece of paper. You may also add the names of all the couples that you brought to the Blessing. Please give this paper to Mrs. Kawamura on Sunday so that we can include the names during the proclamation. You may take back your papers afterwards. (The couples that you add to this list will still be members of your own tribe. They'll be considered as part of our local community, but not necessarily a member of our church if they prefer not to.)
What is the difference between a "Blessing Couple" and a "Blessed Couple"?:
* BLESSING COUPLE - Are those who attended the Blessing Ceremony, who understood its significance, but have not completed all the 5 steps (Holy wine ceremony, Blessing ceremony, chastening ceremony, 40 days separation, 3 days ceremony). They may complete all the steps later on. The latest instruction from the National HQS explains that they are counted as members of your tribes.
* BLESSED COUPLES - Those who completed all the 5 steps.
This proclamation is an inspiration from our sisters who are courageously pursuing tribal messiahship in our local community. Mrs. Takako Kawamura has already started compiling the lists, you may contact her anytime if you have any questions. You may also contact me.
Happy Tribal Messiahship!
God Bless,
Pastor Nelson Mira
