12/18/2016 David Roberts from Seattle Family Church on Vimeo.

Speaker: David Roberts
Message: "Victory of Love"
Sunday Service 12/18/2016 @ Seattle Family Church
Quote: Rev. Sun Myung Moon, March 7, 1975, The Way of Tradition, Volume I
"If you can love others as though you would your own brothers and sisters, other parents as though you would your own parents, other grandparents as though you would your own grandparents, then you can love God."

12/11/2016 Tasnah Moyer from Seattle Family Church on Vimeo.

Speaker: Tasnah Moyer
Message: "To The Heart of the Ocean"
Sunday Service 12/11/2016 @ Seattle Family Church
Quote: Notes from an excerpt of Rev. Sun Myung Moon's message entitled, Challenge and Victory:
"If your destiny is to float on the current of the Hudson River, you must flow as it does. You may very possibly be like the waterfall or the water running past the rapids, but you must not become discouraged by the roughness of your course. If you are trained on this course, things to come will become easier for you to handle. If you take interest in what you are going through, and if you are thrilled to find new adventures, then when you are faced with even greater difficulties, you can tackle those with more zeal and capability. But if you are unwilling to confront the problems occurring around you and are afraid of them, then you will not be able to turn the experience into training to face new problems. Only by having gone over the rocks and waterfalls can you lead yourself to the heart of the ocean.”

11/27/2016 Brian Granstrom from Seattle Family Church on Vimeo.

Speaker: Mr. Brian Granstrom
Message: "Loyalty, God's Love and the Divine Providence"
Sunday Service 11/27/2016 @ Seattle Family Church
Quote: Rev. Sun Myung Moon (101-13, 1978.10.28)
"People talk about the way of loyalty and filial piety, but do not really understand the meaning. Children must establish the parents as the center of the family in the same position as God; then, becoming one in mind and body in front of the unchanging love that the parents have for their children, they always receive one hundred percent through their heart and body, and adapt to them one hundred percent. What do we call sons and daughters who take such a position? We call them children of filial piety. When people speak of the way of loyalty and filial piety, they do not comprehend its true path."

11/20/2016 Rev. Inchan Park from Seattle Family Church on Vimeo.

Speaker: Rev. Inchan Park
Message: "It Is In Your Hands"
Sunday Service 11/20/2016 @ Seattle Family Church
Quote: Rev. Sun Myung Moon; As a Peace Loving Global Citizen - p. 244
"Religion’s role is to turn human beings toward goodness and eliminate their evil nature that finds enjoyment in fighting. Examine the major religions of the world. They all hold a peaceful world as their ideal. They all want to see a kingdom of heaven, utopia, or paradise. Religions have different names for this ideal, but they all seek such a world. There are numerous religions in the world, and virtually every one is divided into countless factions and denominations. But the essential hope for all is the same: They want the Kingdom of Heaven and a world of peace."

11/13/2016 Shinghi Detlefsen from Seattle Family Church on Vimeo.

Speaker: Shinghi Detlefsen
Message: "The Immigration of Heart"
Sunday Service 11/13/2016 @ Seattle Family Church
Quote: Rev. Sun Myung Moon; On the Will of God; The Way of God's Will
"The path a pioneer seeks is not centered on the present days, but is a path which always searches for the contents of future value. Only in this way can development and hope be maintained for eternity."

11/6/2016 Pastor Nelson Mira from Seattle Family Church on Vimeo.

Speaker: Pastor Nelson Mira
Message: "Pioneers of a New Era"
Sunday Service 11/06/2016 @ Seattle Family Church
Quotes:

* "Those who have been born into God’s family do not make a practice of sinning, because God’s life is in them. So they can’t keep on sinning, because they are children of God." - 1 John 3:9 New Living Translation (NLT)

10/23/2016 Michael Faris from Seattle Family Church on Vimeo.

Speaker: Mr. Michael Faris
Message: "High Expectations"
Sunday Service 10/23/2016 @ Seattle Family Church
Quotes: Rev. Sun Myung Moon; Children’s Day 11/22/1976
"You are a participant here not so that you can become a servant of God or an adopted son of God, but because you are given the way to become a true son and daughter of God. I want you to know that you have a guarantee of perfection. There’s nothing more you can expect than that. I want you to compete with the two most important people in history. I want you to compete with Jesus Christ and me, and I want you to win."

10/2/2016 Rev. Inchan Park from Seattle Family Church on Vimeo.

Speaker: Rev. Inchan Park
Message: "You Are A Miracle"
Sunday Service 10/16/2016 @ Seattle Family Church
Quotes: Matthew 17:18-20
"Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of the boy, and he was healed from that moment. Then the disciples came to Jesus in private and asked, “Why couldn’t we drive it out?” He replied, “Because you have so little faith. I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”

10/9/2016 Mr. David Wolfenberger from Seattle Family Church on Vimeo.

Speaker: Mr. David Wolfenberger
Message: "The Power of Mentoring"
Sunday Service 10/9/2016 @ Seattle Family Church
Quotes: Matthew 25:14-25 (NIV) - "The Parable of the Bags of Gold"
“Again, it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted his wealth to them. To one he gave five bags of gold, to another two bags, and to another one bag, each according to his ability. Then he went on his journey. The man who had received five bags of gold went at once and put his money to work and gained five bags more. So also, the one with two bags of gold gained two more. But the man who had received one bag went off, dug a hole in the ground and hid his master’s money.

“After a long time the master of those servants returned and settled accounts with them. The man who had received five bags of gold brought the other five. ‘Master,’ he said, ‘you entrusted me with five bags of gold. See, I have gained five more.’

“His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’

“The man with two bags of gold also came. ‘Master,’ he said, ‘you entrusted me with two bags of gold; see, I have gained two more.’

“His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things.Come and share your master’s happiness!’

“Then the man who had received one bag of gold came. ‘Master,’ he said, ‘I knew that you are a hard man, harvesting where you have not sown and gathering where you have not scattered seed. So I was afraid and went out and hid your gold in the ground. See, here is what belongs to you.’

10/2/2016 Rev. Larry Krishnek from Seattle Family Church on Vimeo.

Speaker: Rev. Larry Krishnek

9/25/2016 Rev. & Mrs. Walter & Annerose Lowe from Seattle Family Church on Vimeo.

Speakers: Rev. and Mrs. Walter and Annerose Lowe
Message: "Monumental Stuff"
Quotes:
"For what reason are we born? What should be the focus of our life, and for what purpose do we pass on? We can never answer these questions without God. Without God, we cannot find the real motive in our life. The one who is without a motive can neither reap the fruit of his work nor have his value recognized. A building is constructed according to the designer’s blueprint. A building that is built without reference to the original blueprint cannot be what the designer originally intended." - Rev. Sun Myung Moon, 17 November 1968. (758)
"The right to search for truth implies also a duty; one must not conceal any part of what one has recognized to be true." - Albert Einstein.
"Of all the dispositions and habits, which lead to political prosperity, Religion and Morality are indispensable supports. … The mere Politician, equally with the pious man, ought to respect and to cherish them… It is substantially true, that virtue or morality is a necessary spring of popular government. The rule, indeed, extends with more or less force to every species of free government. Who, that is a sincere friend to it, can look with indifference upon attempts to shake the foundation of the fabric?" - George Washington, “Farewell Address” 1796.

9/4/2016 Pastor David Roberts from Seattle Family Church on Vimeo.

Speaker: Pastor David Roberts, with Grace Roberts' testimony about her experiences in the Generation Peace Academy and the Global Top Gun workshop
Message: "Generation of Hope"
Quotes: By the Rev. Sun Myung Moon; God's Hope for America; June 1, 1976, Yankee Stadium, New York
"Your dedicated sons and daughters are champions of God crusading for the victory of God 's will. As God's front line, they are declaring war against evil. They are courageously fighting this noble battle. We must overcome evil. It is our mission to build the Kingdom of God here on earth. Therefore, we must build a model of the Kingdom of God right here in America, which God loves and has prepared the most."

Message: "Reflecting 40 Years, a Path to Become a Tribal Messiah"
Sunday Service 7/24/2016 @ Seattle Family Church
Quotes:
“My son, do not make light of the lord’s discipline, and do not lose heart when he rebukes you, because the lord disciplines those he loves, and he punishes everyone he accepts a son.” - Hebrew 12:5-6
“Our fathers disciplined us for a little while as they thought best; but God disciplines us for our good, that we may share in his holiness.” - Hebrew 12:10-11

5/15/2016 Mike Lancey from Seattle Family Church on Vimeo.

Speaker: Mike Lancey
Message: "Tribal Messiahs: Coming on the Electronic Cloud"
Quote: Rev. Sun Myung Moon, Belveder 1979; "The Tribal Messiah"
In fact, to be a tribal messiah is the greatest assignment. It is like saying, "Hey! This is the best thing in the world. You could not buy it with billions of dollars. Hey! I finally realize it is the best thing in the world. There is nothing better, Nothing." How much did you think it was? If you retreat, how much would it be? You must know that it has a value that outshines the President of America or Queen of England.

5/8/2016 Nelson Mira from Seattle Family Church on Vimeo.

Speaker: Pastor Nelson Mira
Sermon Title: "Mothers' Love and Commitment"
Quotes: Rev. Sun Myung Moon; Pyeong Hwa Gyeong; p. 1109 -1110
"How deeply should fallen human beings be engrafted to God’s heart? They need to be born again through the womb of True Mother after first establishing the condition of engrafting to True Father’s body. Once we are reborn, we have to live with the absolute standard of attendance to True Parents. However, it does not end there. Fallen people need to expand the condition by building relationships with their close relatives and with members of their clans and communities. Further they have to set the condition of building relationships of heart with their people and nation, the world, the cosmos and ultimately God. Then God will say, “You are my son!” or “You are my daughter!". Those who establish relationships based primarily on self-interest have nothing to do with God."

5/1/2016 Julie Che from Seattle Family Church on Vimeo.

Speaker: Julie Che
Sermon Title: "Back To The Basic"
Quotes: Rev. Sun Myung Moon, Cheon Seong Gyeong; p. 1473
"We need to search for a new set of values upon which to base our lives. We need to seek new values with regard to the world, humankind, ideology, and love. When that set of values begins to take shape in accordance with God’s will, its matrix will be completely different from the current set of values established through human will."

4/24/2016: Rev. Inchan Park from Seattle Family Church on Vimeo.

Speaker: Rev. Inchan Park
Sermon Title: "Take My Hand, Take My Whole Life, Too"
Sunday Service 4/24/2016 @ Seattle Family Church
Quote: Rev. Sun Myung Moon; 297:145, November 19, 1998
"When a girl grows up and becomes a young woman, she looks for a young man. But will she really find true love in him? Can a young man be confident that he can trust his girlfriend? Without true love, men and woman cannot trust each other. Why? They do not understand that a man and a woman exist for the sake of each other. Instead, they are accustomed to using their partners to serve themselves. People use the opposite sex as servants or slaves because they do not know the value of true love. One’s first love should last eternally."

Rev. David Hose: "Humility - A Greatly Misunderstood Strength" from Seattle Family Church on Vimeo.

Speaker: Rev. David Hose
Sunday Service 4/17/2016 @ Seattle Family Church
Quotes:
* Genesis 32:26-30 (New King James Version)
And He said, “Let Me go, for the day breaks.” But he said, “I will not let You go unless You bless me!” So He said to him, “What is your name?” He said, “Jacob.” And He said, “Your name shall no longer be called Jacob, but Israel; for you have struggled with God and with men, and have prevailed.” Then Jacob asked, saying, “Tell me your name, I pray.” And He said, “Why is it that you ask about My name?” And He blessed him there. So Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: “For I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved.”

* Genesis 33:8-11 (New King James Version)
Then Esau said, “What do you mean by all this company which I met?” And he said, “These are to find favor in the sight of my lord.” But Esau said, “I have enough, my brother; keep what you have for yourself.” And Jacob said, “No, please, if I have now found favor in your sight, then receive my present from my hand, inasmuch as I have seen your face as though I had seen the face of God, and you were pleased with me. Please, take my blessing that is brought to you, because God has dealt graciously with me, and because I have enough.” So he urged him, and he took it.

Speaker: Dr. Hugh Spurgin - President, Unification Theological Seminary
Sunday Service 2/14/2016 @ Seattle Family Church
Quotes: Rev. Sun Myung Moon; Christianity in Crisis: New Hope; pp. 54 - 55.
"The future of America depends upon the young people, and the churches are failing to inspire American youth. We need a spiritual revolution in America. . . . I came to America not for my own purposes, but because God sent me. For 6,000 years God has been working to build this nation. The future of the entire world hinges on America. Somebody must come to America and stop God from leaving. . . . When I came to America, I committed my fortune, my family, and my entire life to America. I came to a new country where I can serve the will of God. . . . Let's bring God back, and make God's presence in America a living reality."

"Finally, after six thousand years, God’s Day has been created. It is the day when God can rejoice. All the fortune of heaven and earth was gathered together for this day. It is a day unprecedented in history. Therefore, we have to welcome and celebrate this day with our sincere offering and sincere devotion."
* Psalm 118:24 (NKJV)
"This is the day the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it."

Dr. Ki Hoon Kim: Generation of Righteousness from Seattle Family Church on Vimeo.

Speaker: Dr. Ki Hoon Kim
Sunday Service 01/31/2016 @ Seattle Family Church
Quotes:
* Rev. Sun Myung Moon, Chambumokyeong; Chapter 3. 1970. 12.25.
"Unless we connect as brothers and sisters, we cannot build a church, nor can we from a people or a nation. Therefore, the Unification Church has the mission to connect all people centering on the relationship of brothers and sisters. This is meaning of the term "family member. The term "family member" is foundation to building the kingdom of heaven."
* Jonah 3:1-4
Then the word of the Lord came to Jonah a second time: “Go to the great city of Nineveh and proclaim to it the message I give you.” Jonah obeyed the word of the Lord and went to Nineveh. Now Nineveh was a very large city; it took three days to go through it. Jonah began by going a day’s journey into the city, proclaiming, “Forty more days and Nineveh will be overthrown.”

"A Personal God" from Seattle Family Church on Vimeo.

Speaker: Nelson Mira
Sunday Service 1/24/2016 @ Seattle Family Church
Quote:
* Rev. Sun Myung Moon, Cheon Seong Gyeong, pg. 59
"When you love and raise your children, as a parent, you can come to feel God's heart. Also, when you feel true love between husband and wife, you should be able to feel God's original love. Then, your children should feel it through loving you, their parents."
* Matthew 22:34-40
Hearing that Jesus had silenced the Sadducees, the Pharisees got together. One of them, an expert in the law, tested him with this question: “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”
Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

"Just Do It" from Seattle Family Church on Vimeo.

Speaker: Tomeo and Kayeon Wise
Sunday Service 01/17/2016 @ Seattle Family Church
Quotes: Rev. Sun Myung Moon
"Whatever you pray about, you have to practice. Praying and doing is our life. Praying and waiting is not our life."

"Unburied Treasure" from Seattle Family Church on Vimeo.

Speaker: David Roberts
Sunday Service 01/10/2016 @ Seattle Family Church
Quotes:
* Matthew 13:44: The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and covered up. Then in his joy he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.
* Rev. Sun Myung Moon, June 13, 1976: God's kingdom is a place of goodness and righteousness. It is a world overflowing with such an atmosphere, a place that is always full of joy happiness and love. Then what kind of person can enter God's kingdom? Only a person who has a heart that is suitable for this atmosphere can enter. This is a natural conclusion. This is the kingdom of heaven for which we are seeking.

"CIG, It Has Begun" from Seattle Family Church on Vimeo.

Speaker: Rev. Inchan Park
Sunday Service 01/03/2016 @ Seattle Family Church
Quotes: Rev. Sun Myung Moon; CSG Book 12 CIG Chapter 1. 12.
God's kingdom starts from a heavenly family. That family starts from one man and one woman who are aligned with God's Will. In the end, they become the center of not only a family, but also a country, and the entire universe. Therefore, it isn't the country that needs to be perfected first, nor is it the family. It is one man and one woman. This idea of one perfected man and one perfected woman connects to all of you here today. The idea of perfecting one man and one woman remains the same in the past, present, and future. It is unchanging.
