Hello,
For the 27th, the Introduction and Orientation to the workshop will start at 4pm on Sunday, so we would like to ask that all participants arrive by then. Pick up time will be from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm on Wednesday, the 30th. If this time frame does not work for you, let me know. We will accommodate to your needs. Lunch will be leftovers for those needing to stay longer.

I know it's a bit of a short notice, but there is some more information for this years winter workshop that we would like everyone to know about.
The first is about what to bring. We would like to ask everybody to bring their own sleeping bags and also to bring warm clothing since we may be doing activities outside. It will most likely rain while we are there, but there may be a chance of sunshine and if that happens we could do some outside activities so please bring a rain jacket/poncho and athletic clothing as well.
Below we have the code of conduct for the workshop and we need all participants to read it over and bring it signed to the workshop.

There is a little bit more information that Irvin Granstrom wanted to let everyone know about for this upcoming winter workshop. (Dec. 27-30 at the Wolfenbergers).
For all of those who are interested in going he will need everyone to RSVP to the workshop. They can do so by emailing him at [email protected] the names, and ages of the people who are going. Also, if they could email him if they will be going as a participant or staff, that would be great.
For payment, all participants will need to pay $35 each. They can pay when they arrive at the workshop on Sunday the 27th. Make the check out to HSAUWC.
Now for arrivals, all participants may arrive anytime in the afternoon on the 27th. Registration will begin at 3:00 pm. For all of those who are helping to plan the workshop, Irvin Granstrom will contact them by letting them know what time to arrive at the Wolfenbergers on the 26th.
